A Middletown woman was arrested Saturday after entering the Downstate Correctional Facility in Fishkill with a small amount of marijuana. Julie L. DeWitt, 33, was charged with second-degree promoting prison contraband, a misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, according to state police.
