State Senate approves inmate education measure |

OLYMPIA, WASH. (AP) – The state Senate unanimously approves a measure to expand education programs for inmates and passes it along to the House. The bill authorizes the state Department of Corrections to partner with community and technical colleges to provide associate degree programs.
