Prison employment centers aim to curb recidivism |

Reducing the recidivism rate and creating safer communities is one of the goals behind Governor Doug Ducey’s prison-based employment centers. There are 42,000 inmates locked up in prisons throughout the state, according to the Arizona Department of Corrections.
