| Commissioners to update study for Schuylkill inmate facility |

POTTSVILLE — Before building an intermediate punishment center, Schuylkill County commissioners are looking to update a needs assessment and feasibility study that was done when the county previously considered the option in 2008. The commissioners announced at a work session Wednesday they are requesting a proposal from Crabtree, Rohrbaugh & Associates to provide an updated study that will concentrate on properly sizing the intermediate punishment center. “This is a good first step,” commissioners Chairman George F.
