Condemned murderer orders up absolute feast for his last meal |

A condemned murderer in Georgia who wants to make the most out of his last meal ordered a veritable feast that included three spicy chicken breasts, roast beef, fish, two desserts and more. Keith Tharpe, 59, is scheduled to be executed by lethal injection at 7 p.m. next Tuesday — nearly three decades after the murder of his sister-in-law, 29-year-old Jaquelin Freeman, on a road in Jones County in 1990. Tharpe was convicted and sentenced to death a year later. For his last meal, Tharpe went for a high-calorie option — asking for “three spicy chicken breasts, [a] roast beef sandwich with sauce, [a] fish sandwich, tater logs, onion rings, apple pie and a vanilla milkshake,” the Georgia Department of Corrections announced Wednesday.
