Parchman escapees back in custody, MDOC says |

The second of the two inmates who escaped from the State Penitentiary at Parchman is back in custody, state corrections announced on social media Wednesday night. The Mississippi Department of Corrections says Parchman escapee Ryan Young is back in custody. The other escapee, James R. Sanders, 41, was captured Tuesday. Young is serving 40 years after being convicted of burglarizing a vehicle and a residence and grand larceny in Claiborne County. Read More. |
