Community correction inmate charged with trafficking heroin |

LAFAYETTE, Ind. — Kaylee Rae Etter faces five new charges after police said she was found late Sunday or early Monday with heroin and fentanyl at the community corrections center, according to a probable cause affidavit. Prosecutors charged Etter, 25, Tuesday with dealing heroin, possession of heroin, trafficking with an inmate and unlawful possession of a syringe. Additionally, Etter, who has four previous felony convictions, faces a charge of being an habitual offender, which will increase her prison sentence if she is convicted. Read More. |
