A woman who pleaded guilty for her part in a scheme to smuggle contraband into the Department of Corrections was released from custody while she waits for her sentencing.
Corina Lynn Tedtaotao pleaded guilty earlier this year after negotiating a plea agreement with the prosecution. Her plea deal states she is to cooperate with the prosecution and faces zero to 18 months imprisonment, her attorney John Terlaje said.
Tedtaotao was charged along with Quiana Manibusan, Raymond Torres Tedtaotao and Paul Johnson in connection with cellphones packaged and dropped at the Guam Memorial Hospital and intended for the prison, court documents state.
