Spectrum Hires New Executive Director to Lead Rapidly Growing Inpatient and Residential Division

Spectrum recently welcomed Nicole Costa as its new Executive Director of Inpatient and Residential Services. In her new role, Ms. Costa will oversee Spectrum's rapidly growing Inpatient and Residential Division, including the launch of its New England Recovery Center™ and a new state-of-the-art 100-bed residential substance abuse treatment facility scheduled to open this summer on Spectrum's 25-acre treatment campus in Westborough, Massachusetts.

Ms. Costa brings a wealth of behavioral health management experience to this key leadership position. Most recently, she was the Division Director for South Bay Mental Health where she was responsible for six partial hospital, intensive outpatient and day treatment programs. She also served as Program Director and Senior Clinician at South Bay in progressively responsible roles. Previous to that, Ms. Costa held supervisory positions at the Suffolk County House of Corrections in Boston and Bridging the Gap in Worcester. Ms. Costa has a Master's in Social Work from Boston College and is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

Chief Operating Officer Kurt Isaacson called Ms. Costa "a great fit for the Spectrum organization. Nicole's experience coordinating services with third party payers, exceptional customer service skills and firm, yet reasonable leadership style exemplify Spectrum's strategic vision."
