An inmate at the Beaumont Federal Correction Complex will spend an additional 33 months in custody for biting a corrections officer in late December 2015 as the officer was transporting the inmate to the unit's medical facility. Montreal Delaney, 38, was scheduled for release on July 6, but will spend almost three years more in lockup for the current offense. Read More. |
