An inmate at the Olmsted County Adult Detention Center may face charges after he was allegedly found with contraband in his jail cell. Olmsted County Sheriff's Office deputies noticed suspicious behavior between 29-year-old Cody Haakenson and his cell mate on Saturday, said Olmsted County Sheriff's Capt. Scott Behrns. A search turned up empty baggies, and deputies noted a strong smell in the cell, a "combination of marijuana and feces," he said; deputies also found a lighter. Read More. |
