Topic: A Broader View / HomelessnessÂ….a problem for released offenders? Within the San Diego, California the ex-offender and the homeless serves no purpose to the affluent. Therefore with very few exceptions all doors are closed to them. The bottom line is economics. It is worthy to note that within the past year several local politicians and social service agencies have been exposed for corruption and mismanagement of funds. Do I need to say more? |
